Commercial FAQ
Do you work outside normal business hours?
Yes. Restaurants, clinics and hotels are usually done after close or overnight, and multi-family buildings are scheduled unit by unit around resident access. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–5pm, but commercial work is booked to fit the building's schedule.
Will you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Liberty Duct is licensed and insured in Utah and issues a COI to the building owner or management agent before work begins.
How is a commercial job priced?
After a free site walk-through you get a flat written bid. For buildings over 5,000 sq ft the assessment is free and the bid is fixed — the quoted number is what gets invoiced, with no on-site upsells.
What documentation do we get afterwards?
Pre- and post-cleaning inspection photos for each zone plus a written report. It is the same documentation used for health-code files, tenant-complaint resolution and owner reporting.
Which buildings do you serve?
Multi-family housing and HOAs, restaurants, hotels and motels, laundromats, medical and dental offices, and office buildings — anywhere within the 60-mile service radius of Salt Lake City, covering 52 cities across eight counties.
